3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by phone, online form, or in person are estimates only. Final pricing is determined at the time of service based on the volume and type of items removed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs materially from the original quote.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure our team has safe and adequate access to the service location
• Identify and separate any items that are not to be removed
• Ensure that you have authority to dispose of all items to be removed
• Not include hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, biohazard waste, etc.) in removal requests

6. Prohibited Items

We do not remove hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, or other regulated materials. It is your responsibility to properly disclose all items prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any item at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

WV Junk A Haulics is licensed and insured. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to items not disclosed prior to service.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use. All content on this website is the property of WV Junk A Haulics, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
